Thank you for playing BrickRush: Neon Brick Breaker ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how our game handles information when you download, install, and play our application on Android devices.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. BrickRush is designed as an offline single-player arcade game and does NOT collect, store, or sell any personal identifying information.

  • You do not need to create an account or sign in to play the Game.

B. Game Progress & Local Data

  • All game progress (including unlocked levels, high scores, collected in-game coins, equipped paddle skins, ball styles, and settings preferences) is stored locally on your device using Android Room/SQLite local database storage.
  • This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to external servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing app storage will reset your local progress.

C. Device Permissions & Sensor Data

  • The Game requires standard hardware access only to render graphics, play synthesizer audio, and process touch screen inputs.
  • We do not access your camera, microphone, GPS location, external storage files, or device identifiers.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

  • The current version of BrickRush does not integrate third-party tracking SDKs or behavioral ad networks that harvest user identities.
  • If third-party advertising (such as Google AdMob) or Google Play Games Services are enabled in future updates, they will operate strictly under Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data safety guidelines.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

BrickRush is a casual family-friendly arcade game suitable for all general audiences.

  • We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
