At Publora AI (developed by Reva Builds), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page outlines the step-by-step procedure for requesting the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data stored on our servers.

1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and data through either of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request (Direct)

Send an email to our official developer support with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

  • Required Information: The registered email address associated with your Publora AI account.

Method 2: In-App Account Deletion

You can also initiate deletion directly within the Publora AI Android app:

  1. Open the Publora AI app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile / Settings screen.
  3. Tap on "Help & Support" or reach out to Support via the app.
  4. Confirm your request.

2. What Types of Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we permanently purge the following data from our cloud servers and databases:

  • Account Identification: Registered email address, user display name, and Firebase User ID (UID).
  • Saved Content: All generated social media posts, customized drafts, and saved bookmarks.
  • Media Files: Any uploaded images or photos stored in our cloud storage associated with your drafts.
  • Planner & Activity: Scheduled calendar posts, publishing streak history, and usage analytics.

3. Data Retention & Processing Timeline

  • Processing Time: Requests submitted via email are verified and processed within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Complete Removal: All personal data is wiped permanently from active databases. No copies or backups are retained beyond standard 30-day automated system backup cycles.
  • Third-Party Services: Account identifiers are also dereferenced from our Firebase Authentication and Cloudflare R2 storage services.
