1. Introduction & Core Privacy Philosophy

Welcome to Publora AI ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Revamine Team. We believe in absolute user privacy and data sovereignty.

Publora AI is engineered as an offline-first, client-side social media content creation tool. We DO NOT operate remote servers to store, collect, monitor, sell, or monetize your personal content, credentials, or post history.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Unlike traditional cloud platforms, Publora AI does not collect:

  • No Account Credentials: No account registration, passwords, or emails are collected or stored on any remote server.
  • No Cloud Tracking: We do not use remote analytics trackers, behavioral profiling, or advertising trackers.
  • No Post or Draft Harvesting: Your drafts, saved post templates, brand guidelines, and created variants never leave your personal Android device.

3. On-Device Storage & Local Data

All data generated within Publora AI is stored strictly on your local device:

  • Local SQLite / Room Database: All saved posts, schedules, and profile names are stored locally within the app's sandboxed private storage.
  • Local Media: Any images generated or picked from your gallery remain in your device's private cache/storage.

4. AI Processing & Google Gemini API (BYOK)

  • Direct Device-to-Google Communication: When you generate social media content, the request is transmitted directly from your device to Google Gemini API servers over secure TLS/HTTPS encryption.
  • Zero Intermediary: There is NO middleman server, proxy, or Publora backend intercepting your prompts or responses.
  • Secure Key Vault: If you provide your own Google Gemini API key (BYOK), it is encrypted and stored locally on your device using Android Encrypted SharedPreferences (Android KeyStore). Your API key is never transmitted to us or any third party.
  • Google AI Data Handling: AI prompts are processed according to Google's Gemini API Terms of Service.

5. Device Permissions & Least Privilege

Publora AI requests minimal permissions:

  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Strictly used to make direct HTTPS calls to the Gemini AI API and open external social share intents when you choose to post.
  • Zero Storage Permission (Photo Picker): Publora uses Android's native Photo Picker (zero broad storage access required) whenever you choose to attach an image.

6. Data Ownership & Instant Deletion

You maintain 100% ownership and control over your data:

  • Instant Local Deletion: Deleting a draft or post inside the app immediately removes it from your device's local database.
  • Complete Data Wipe: Because no copy exists on any external server, clearing the app data in Android Settings or uninstalling Publora AI permanently wipes 100% of your data immediately with zero residual trace.

7. Children's Privacy

Publora AI does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy if new local features are introduced. Updates will always be reflected with a revised Effective Date.
