1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Publora AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Publora AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Application (100% Offline & Client-Side)

Publora AI is designed and engineered as a privacy-first, client-side social media content creation tool:

  • No Central Server: We do not operate remote user databases or backend servers storing your personal posts, drafts, or account profiles.
  • Local Device Storage: All user-generated content, schedules, drafts, and profile preferences are stored exclusively on your local Android device using secure SQLite/Room storage.
  • Instant Control: Clearing app data or uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your local data immediately with zero residual trace.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Direct BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

  • Direct API Communication: Publora AI transmits your content generation prompts directly from your device to Google Gemini API servers over encrypted HTTPS. There are no intermediary proxy servers or backend data harvesting.
  • User API Keys (BYOK): If you supply your own Google Gemini API key, it is encrypted and stored securely within your device's local hardware-backed storage (Android EncryptedSharedPreferences). You are solely responsible for keeping your API key confidential and compliant with Google's API usage policies.
  • AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated social media posts, captions, and tags are produced programmatically via Google Gemini models. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and complying with third-party platform guidelines (such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) before publishing any AI-generated content.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

When using Publora AI, you agree that you will NOT use the app to generate or disseminate:

  • Illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content.
  • Spam, deceptive marketing, or malicious phishing material.
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all text prompts, brand guidelines, and final social media content you create using Publora AI. The Publora AI app interface, logo, source code, and design assets remain the intellectual property of Revamine Team.

6. Limitation of Liability

Publora AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Revamine Team shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or third-party Google Gemini API service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Publora AI following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
