1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Publora AI mobile application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Reva Builds ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of the Service

Publora AI is an artificial intelligence-assisted productivity tool designed to help creators, marketers, and professionals generate, draft, format, and organize social media posts, headlines, hooks, hashtags, and marketing copy.

3. User Account and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to create an account and use the App.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile details updated.

4. Acceptable Use and Responsible AI Guidelines

You agree to use Publora AI responsibly and ethically. You shall NOT use the Service to generate, store, or distribute:

  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
  • Misleading information, fake news, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive promotional material.
  • Content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  • Malicious scripts, viruses, or spam campaigns.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual exploitative material.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these acceptable use principles.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • Your Prompts & Output: As between you and Reva Builds, you retain ownership of the input text/ideas you provide and the resulting post drafts generated for your personal or commercial social media channels, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
  • App Intellectual Property: All software code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, brand assets, and proprietary features of Publora AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of Reva Builds. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Nature of AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

  • No Guaranteed Accuracy: Publora AI utilizes advanced machine learning algorithms. While we strive to provide helpful and engaging suggestions, AI-generated text may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, unintended biases, or inappropriate wording.
  • User Review Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, fact-checking, and verifying all generated content prior to publishing or distributing it on external platforms (such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Credits, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

Certain advanced features or generation quotas may be provided via generation credits or premium plans. All fees, billing terms, and credit policies are displayed clearly within the application prior to purchase. Subscriptions and purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reva Builds and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation resulting from:

  • Your access to or inability to use the Service;
  • Any content posted or published by you using suggestions from the App;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9. Account Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
