InvoEasy: Privacy Policy
InvoEasy Privacy Policy
In short: InvoEasy works on your phone. We do not collect your data, we do not run servers that receive it, and we do not use ads, analytics or tracking. Your invoices and client details stay on your device.
1. What the app handles
To create invoices, the app stores the following information that you type or choose. It is kept only in the app's private storage on your device:
- Your business details: name, address, phone, email, tax ID, logo, stamp, signature, payment link and bank or payment details.
- Your clients' details: name, phone, email, address and tax ID.
- Items, prices, invoices, amounts, dates and notes.
- Your settings: country, currency, tax name, paper size and invoice numbering.
We (the developer) cannot see this information.
2. No internet access
The app does not request the internet permission, so it cannot send your information over the internet.
3. Permissions and photos
The app asks for no special permissions. If you add a logo, stamp or signature photo, you choose it with Android's system picker, and only the file you pick is copied into the app.
4. Sharing that you control
When you tap Share, WhatsApp or Save PDF, the invoice PDF is given to the app or location you choose. That is your decision, and the privacy policy of that app or service applies from then on.
The backup file (ZIP) and the CSV export you can create contain your data. They are not encrypted, so please store them somewhere safe.
5. Android backup
If you have turned on backup in your phone's settings, Android may back up the app's data to your Google account. This is a feature of Android and Google, controlled by you in your phone settings. We do not receive or access it.
6. Google Play
Google Play may show us general statistics, such as installs and crash counts, from users who chose to share diagnostics with Google. We do not receive personal information through this.
7. Security
Your data is protected by Android's app sandbox and your device's screen lock. The app does not add its own encryption on top, so we recommend using a screen lock on your phone.
8. Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Because we hold no copy, we cannot recover lost data. Please make a backup from Settings.
9. Children
InvoEasy is a business tool and is not directed to children.
10. Your rights
Because we do not collect or hold your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You control all the data on your device.
11. Changes to this policy
If we ever add features that handle data differently, such as ads, subscriptions or cloud sync, we will update this policy and the Data safety section on Google Play before the release, and change the date above.
