Honest Privacy Commitment: ManifestMate is designed as an offline-first, private tool. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or monitor any of your personal entries, goals, or journal thoughts. Everything you write stays solely on your own device.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the ManifestMate mobile application developed and operated by REVAMINE TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us", or "our").

We deeply respect your personal privacy. ManifestMate is built to assist you with goal tracking, habit routines, mindfulness breathing, gratitude journaling, and affirmation rituals. We believe your thoughts, intentions, and personal growth should remain private to you.

2. Zero Data Collection & Zero Transmission

We do not collect any personal data, accounts, or telemetry:

No Account Required: You do not need to register, provide an email address, or create a profile to use ManifestMate.
No Internet Permission: ManifestMate does not request or use the Android INTERNET permission. It has no technical capability to connect to remote servers or cloud databases.
No Remote Uploads: Your journal entries, 3-6-9 rituals, daily tasks, affirmations, and routines never leave your phone.

3. On-Device Storage Only

All information entered into ManifestMate is stored strictly within the app's private, sandboxed on-device database (Room SQLite and encrypted local preferences).

Due to Android's security architecture, other apps installed on your device cannot access your ManifestMate data.
Cloud Backup Disabled: Operating-system level cloud backup is disabled to guarantee your journal stays local to your device only.
Data Lifecycle: If you uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings, your stored entries will be permanently removed.

4. Permissions & Why They Are Used

ManifestMate only requests permissions strictly required for on-device features:

Permission	Type	Purpose
`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`	Optional	Used only to display your local daily ritual and mindfulness reminders. Can be granted or revoked by you at any time.
`VIBRATE`	Standard	Provides gentle haptic feedback during breathing exercises and session timers.
`RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED`	Standard	Allows Android to reset your scheduled local reminders if your phone is turned off or restarted.

Note: We never request sensitive permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Location, or Storage / Photos.

5. No Third-Party Services or Ads

No Ads: There are no advertisements or marketing trackers embedded in ManifestMate.
No Analytics SDKs: We do not use third-party analytics (like Firebase Analytics or Facebook SDK).
No Data Sharing: Because we collect zero data, no data is ever shared with, sold to, or monetized by third parties.

6. Data Deletion & Control

You have full control over your data:

You can delete any goal, journal entry, or task at any time directly in the app.
You can permanently delete all data at once by going to Android Settings > Apps > ManifestMate > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data, or by uninstalling the app.

7. Children's Privacy

ManifestMate does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions). The application is safe for all audiences and complies with COPPA and GDPR guidelines.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Any updates will be posted directly to this URL with a revised effective date.
